Outi and Hannu said “I do” in the German church of Helsinki, it’s located right the city center very close to the Helsinki Cathedral. Even though the weather was around minus 20, the atmosphere inside was very warm.

Heidi and Riku were married in the Helsinki Cathedral in April 2011. Weather was yet again on our side and we got some beautiful portraits on the streets near the church.

Sunny and chilly winter day waited us in the winter landscape of Mustikkamaa, Helsinki. After testing many different lenses, I’l noticed that I seem to always fill my carry-on bag with the trusted prime lenses from Canon’s high end L-series. I will rather buy good glass than upgrade my body every year, since light is anyway the stuff which creates the pictures.

Anna and Jukka had their wedding in the middle of the dark Finnish winter. Darkness on the other hand makes everything look different and very atmospheric. After ceremony in the Helsinki Old Church, we moved to Hima & Sali.
